Hi there Hugh, If you find such books here in Moscow they will most probably be adapted for Russians. If that would be ok for you, if you know Russian, then I am pretty sure you would find such course-books in big book-shops like for ex Biblio-Globus www.biblio-globus.ru - it's a huge book shop in Lyubyanka. If no luck there with finding what u search for maybe you can try calling language-schools or universities where Italian is being taught?
