I must lift my voice to Jerome's on this issue. Vadim at Liga, over the past 10 years, has always shown me respectful, knowledgeable and extremely competent customer service. He always took time out to answer my myriad questions, and I thank him for getting me out of numerous tight situations.
One time I trusted someone else to oversee my visa issue, and when I was stood up, and very far from home, simply one phone call to Vadim helped me get back in Moscow on the day I'd promised my wife to be home -- her birthday. The only time I've seen Vadim get irate was once when the federal migration service pulled some holiday shenanigans, but that wasn't directed at me, and Vadim put all efforts into fixing the situation. He did. Vadim is one of the only business owners in Moscow whom I trust, and whose services I recommend strongly. Kimberly's letter was the first disgruntled review I've heard.
