Сonsultative Forum of Downside Up Сharitable Fund is the first auxiliary to thousands of families, raising a child with Down syndrome and living far from Moscow with no possibility to come to Downside Up for a consultation. As well as all the other Fund's programmes, recommendations of the specialists on Forum are provided for free. To ensure the Forum continue its' working, we need your help.
