One of the best real estate practices on the market is the practice led by Vitaly Mozharovsky at GBLP. They are not cheap though, but extremely qualified, experienced and respected by clients. They help our portfolio companies and we never thought of anyone else. Maybe they will not be much interested in relatively modest projects but could give a reliable ref.
