Is anyone interested in sub-renting a 3 room apartment just off Fruzenskaya Nab? Its approx. 90 sqm, & consists of a lounge, dining room (which can be another bedroom) & main bedroom. Its never had a major renovation but the kitchen & bathroom are of an acceptable standard, & the overall apartment is very clean & comes with furniture. The entrance & lift are clean & in good condition, & the apartment has views to the university. I will hold the contract with the landlord as I may need the apartment back at some point but not this year. A sharing arrangement may also be possible. The price is reasonable for this location. No agents/brokers please.
