Hi Mariam, I am an immigrant here in Moscow and i bear permanent residential
permit. I have lived here for approximately 3 years and i can advise you on
what to do when it comes to such matters as immigration. My advice to you is
not to do your tests in any place that has not be shrot-listed by the
respective department of immigration. This is because there are so many
criminal businesses operating here in Moscow illegaly and hence are not
licenced by the government to operate. If you happen to fall in their hands,
you not only risk lossing your money but also being sentenced to not less than
3 years and a hevty or both. This is because according to the Russian law, you
have commited an offence by supporting criminals finacialy. This has happened
to some of my friends and they have ended up paying hevty fines .

Has anyone been getting a medical spravka for permanent residence recently?
Six months ago, one colleague went to a place near Kitay Gorod where they did
all the tests for work permits in a few minutes, but this place doesn’t seem to
be listed as an official location on the migration service’s website for
permanent residence, and instead the only listed place that does all the tests
is at Vikhino, which is a lot further away and I’m told there are two places
near to one another that one has to visit. So has anyone done the tests at
Kitay Gorod? And if so did you have any trouble or were they accepted without
problem?
Thanks in advance for the info!
Marian
