Hello, Your Atomic clock would work, providing the clock is DCF77 or RBU compliant.
The codes refer to the different frequencies that Atomic Clocks receive their time coded signal at. DCF77 is a requirement for European (not UK) time clocks and RBU is the equivalent in Russia. Buying a clock with either time compliance code “should" work in Moscow. DCF77 clocks can receive signal up to 2500km from Frankfurt in Germany, which should easily cover Moscow but your best bet is to buy atomic clock that supports the RBU standard. Also, beware, the old compliance code in Russia was RTZ. This transmitter has since been turned off, so do not buy an Atomic clock with the RTZ compliance code, else it will not work.
