A note about ATMs in Moscow, at least my experience in the past years, all ATMs 
appear to work for all banks (i.e. you don’t have to find a Citi ATM to use a 
Citi card), and I have yet to have a fee charged to withdraw cash. 
I mostly use cards from a US bank but also have Uralsib.
