I really think it's the new glibc. M6 has 2.1.1 and Netscape is built for
2.0.7. Damn... I think I'll have to invite them for dinner, convince them
to consider releasing the code in exchange for a NDA and spend my time
with lawyers so I don't get fsck'd.
I run with 75dpi fonts. Yeah, they are small, but instead of changing for
100dpi fonts, I configure Netscape to override document fonts and display
everything in 18-point New Century Schoolbook.
Still, Composer crashes a lot. There's nothing to do with fonts, since,
for example, modifying a link with Accept and then Cancel works, but just
clicking OK makes it crash. That's not a font problem. It's a library call
problem.
And I don't put my hopes in Mozilla too high. It's still unusable. I think
kfm has a better protential. It works!
