I've run VMware under 2.2.9-27mdk with no problem (I don't recall recompiling
the kernel on that system), but currently running it on 2.2.10 (needed to
switch to patch for UDMA support for my motherboard...) What problems are you
experiencing (apologies to everyone if this is rehashing material...feel free
to respond to me directly.)
