RTSP is not supported by ipchains AFAIK. It's not an easy task to
implement.

However, there is a special RTSP proxy available for QuickTime that is in
development by Apple for MacOS X, and it compiles on Linux. I will release
it in RPM format within a week or so, as there are a few include conflicts
that make it segfault with glibc2.1.
