[expert] cvs-1.10.6mdk fails as a server

It appears that the version of CVS which was distributed with Mandrake
6.0 doesn't work as a server.  stracing inetd shows that cvs is simply
exiting shortly after reading $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/passwd.

I tried 'rpm -V cvs-1.10.6'.  Clean.

I upgraded to cvs-1.10.7-1mdk and it immediately started working.

I suggest that Mandrakesoft put out an update of cvs for Mandrake 6.0.
