Hmmm.... it works fine 4 me...no more penguin and no errors :)
Can it be that i use runlevel 2 ?
And i deleted /etc/issue and /etc/rc.d/rc.local
It maybe not the smartest thing to do...but no more Mega-Ugly Penguin
:-)
And a clean bootup.
