[expert] dvips,Postscript Printer bug

I am running Mandrake 6.1, with a Postscript printer.  and when I
print a file made with dvips, the printed area is shifted up about 1
inch.  This did not happen with my old RedHat-5.1.  Anyone else see
this or know a fix?
