Yes, he is refering to the advanced extranet.

I am a partner in NetRevolution, an ISP in Canada. We exlusively use
Linux-Mandrake for our production servers. We benefit from open-source
software, and as we improve the software for our own use, we release back
everything GPL as well.

I wish I could spend more time developing the advanced extranet. Right
now, development has slowed to a crawl, because I'm always on the road and
on the phone with customers. I have many interesing projects on the table,
like a Medical Extranet and a few big portal sites that will use code
from the advanced extranet.

By the way... If someone know any good MySQL/PHP3 programmers, let me
know. I'm gonna need some help.
