  Excellent!  Duh, I need something else.

 rpm -q apache 

 -or-

 rpm -qa | grep apache

  will tell me what apache is installed.  How can I 
tell _which_ modules are installed that belong to 
apache that I need to remove?

  or can I just leave them in if I am doing 1.3.9 
version of apache??
