I recently discovered that sane now supports my mustek 600 III EP Plus. After installing the drivers for it I am able to scan but only as root. Does anyone here known what permissions I need to set to which files? When I try to scan as a normal user I get the following: ioperm failed scanimage: no SANE devices found running scanimage -L as root gives me the following: device 'musteka4s2:0x378' is a Mustek MFS-600IIIP flatbed scanner If anyone here can answer my question I'd be grateful, so I don't have to subscribe to yet another list ;) -- Brian R.
