Is anyone experiencing problems printing from DVI viewer? I tried printing some
manuals/documents to an HP DeskJet 540 and DVI viewer did one of the two:
(1) did not print
(2) would only print if I specified a segment of pages, typically 6-7 pages max
I've had the same experience at work with an HP DeskJet 1120C and an HP
LaserJet 4V.
What's frustrating is working on a short document that I cannot segment. Using
dvips from the console appears to work, but I'm not certain how to select
which printer to pipe the output to.
Printing to a file (xxxx.ps) results in basically a blank page.
