Are you looking for something like the Mandrake Update executable?  I
click on the Update icon periodically (in X windows) to see if anything
new is out.  If you don't have the update utility, I think it's called 
"MandrakeUpdate-7.0-12mdk.i586.rpm" and can be found in the rpm section of
the 7.0 directories on the ftp sites.
