[expert] Mandrake (smp) on a dual celeron ABIT BP6 motherboard

Help please.  I intend to run Mandrake 7.0-2 (smp) on a dual-celeron motherboard.  
Abit BP6 specifically.  Does anyone have any experience to share?  Are there any 
issues (hardware, software, performance) with this motherboard?  Many thanks. :-)
