[expert] Helix-Gnome question - International keyboard?

   Hello, experts,

 
 Please pardon my utter ignorance, but I don't seem to be
able to find equivalent of KDE's keyboard switch in that
slick and shiny new Helix-Gnome I've been running for a 
few days now with such pleasure. I need to be able to 
write in a different language, but can't find how I switch
the keyboards. It used to be so easy to do in KDE...

  Please advise me on how to do it or point to the "right"
source of knowledge.
