When I select them at the login screen the system thinks for a while and then cycles back to kde. If I try from the console I get a message to the effect of a failure to start the x server. I have reinstalled blackbox from the cd with no luck. After the reinstall of LM7.0 I did cull some items from kpackage but am reasonably confident I did no harm. I reinstalled my backup .blackboxrc and reinstated /usr/share/Blackbox/menu which was missing (maybe part of the problem). Can anyone assist me in recovering this situation, please.
