Joakim forgot to mention that you have to also put in the other defaults
that you want, such as:
default-composer-hdrs = To:, Subject:, Cc:, Bcc:, Reply-To:, Attchmnt:
By default, To: / Subject: / Cc: / Attchment: are assumed unless you
replace the field, which is what you did, and so these disappeared.
