Sorry for the 'RTFM'-type reply, but I don't think it's possible to make a
short answer.
So, I would advice you to take a look at 'maximum RPM' book, available at
http://www.rpm.org. It contains ALL you need to know about the rpm
command.

If it can help you, I'll tell you already that you can list all the
package from a certain group with the "-g" option :
  rpm -qg Applications/Text
