No. Must recompile the kernel. And modify / add the

Execute 'make xconfig' in the /usr/src/linux directory.
If you haven't this dir, download:
kernel-.......-source..rpm
kernel-.......-headers..rpm
kerenel-......-utils..rpm
and install them.
Get the right version of course.
The /usr/src/linux dir will be created automatically.
