Folks does any of you have a clue? > I recall something simliar in another list awhile back. Turned out to be a reverse DNS problem. Put the IP and machine name of the requesting machine in the "hosts" (/etc/hosts I think) file and HOPEFULLY everything should work... Or, set up a DNS server on your lan and set it up to forward requests for outside systems to your ISP's name server and handle all in-house DNS. John
