This link explains how to install lilo after you have had grub
installed: http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/grub-faq.html#q11
In short it states:

For example, if you want to install the boot loader for Windows,
just run FDISK /MBR on Windows. If you want to install LILO (I
can't imagine why you want to do such a thing, though), run
/sbin/lilo on GNU/Linux.

Check out the article "Two mandrake versions booting?" on
www.mandrakeforum.com. You can keep GRUB and your Mandrake System and still
have RedHat.
