Hello I was given some code by someone and I was curious what it meant: ( This was sent in response to my asking about hard drive optimization ) hard drive optimization : hdparm -A1 -d1 -X34 /dev/hda I was told that hdparm was about adjusting the HD and I know that the /dev/hda is referring to device hda which is the hard drive but those lines in between got me totally stumped.
