I don't understand what you ask.
Maybe what you want is :
chmod 0750 /Directory/*/*
This will chmod all the files in every directories in /Directory/
Or you want to chmod every files without chmod'ing the directories?
=> find /Directory -type f -exec chmod 0750 {} \;
