[expert] Problem starting Apache

I can not get Apache to start on bootup in Mandrake 7.2. There is a web
server called Roxen that is in the 5 level init scripts. Is this a symlink
to Apache or do I have to create symlinks in runlevel 5 to start httpd?
Also, I would like to run SSL and have squid do PAM auth in SAMBA. Is it
possible? If so send me in the right direction and I will RTFM. Thanks!
