Hi all,
I have recompiled the kernel twice, and both times, it makes the modules,
but not the modules.dep files and all the others that are in the modules dir
for that kernel,, it makes all the drivers, just not the modules conf
files,,
has anyone come accross that?
also , I read somewhere that the glibc and gcc version should NOT be the
newer ones for kernel compiling,, can anyone tell me the stable releases
suitable for that?
If need be, I will downgrade these if it will help..
