Well I had a chance to use the Matrox
drivers this weekend. Whil I was able to
get two displays running with KDE 2.1,
I really wasn't able to use the second to
any real advantage. Windows kept opening
too far down, and I couldn't move them.
I think it is a KDE issue. I recall read-
ing that KDE is "not" multi-monitor
compliant. Thanks for the help, and info

Yes the XFree driver is broken and the closed-source works (both by the same
author, incidentally).
