[expert] IDE question

Hi all, 
I have 2 IDE HDs, both of which are 66s, and upon boot, or looking at
dmesg, I see this line:
ide: Assuming 33MHz system bus speed for PIO modes; override with
idebus=xx

If MDK 7.2 is reading my drives as 33s, where do I change this
"idebus=xx" (I assume you put in 66 here), so that I can utilize the 66
speed.
