[expert] Win2000 & LM 8 dual boot

What's the best way to set up a dual boot system between Win2000 Pro & LM 8? I've used Boot Magic with LILO on the Linux partition and just LILO before. I'm worried about interference with the Win2000/NT bootloader? What are my options? Thanks.
