Hi,

Go to www.openssl.org and there to contribution page and 
grab the ssl.ca-0.1.tar.gz package,
(http://www.openssl.org/contrib/ssl.ca-0.1.tar.gz)
read README file and make your certificate. 
It's fairly easy with this kit.
