edit the file /etc/profile and add
PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/sbin
export PATH
or if there is an existing path , just add it in
as to the question of adding those paths to root, it
depends ... what are the commands for? do you need to
use them as root? if not, i think its better to leave
root's profile as it is. =)
