Hi Civilme, I am so stupid, I bought an IWill KA266-R DDR motherboard, qty2 256DDR memory, an athlon 1333 processor and qty2 40GB IBM harddisks. All went well in setting up the disks as raid0 and loading windows98se. I have partitioned the raid disks for linux swap, / , and /home as well as windows. This is my problem:- 1. Booting from cdrom, all goes well until the install process asks for any other scsi devices, I select AMI Megaraid and auto probe but it fails. 2. I checked out the option to review hardware and it appears that the chipsets were not recognised either. This is the ALi M1647 North Bridge and ALi 1535D+, CMI 8738 4.1 Sound.
