I have a mandrake 7.1 system at work. When I ran into problems a few months back installing newer rpms, codeweavers wine IIRC, I found a link on mandrakeuser.org that said to use the rpm packages for 7.2 on 7.1 systems to solve this problem. Maybe I haven't installed enough software recently but I haven't had a problem since installing the mdk7.2 packages. Hope this helps. Mike Rambo
