hi, i got a RTL8139 working a few weeks ago, also with a pcmcia-wireless card, its a kind of router now. im not sure but i think i had some irq-probs too. i solved it with the bios settings. i set in the bios NO-Irq-sharing for a special slot and it worked. you have to try to put your cards in different slots maybe. its not possible on all motherboards to set irqs in all slots. its also possible with some modules to change the irq and the base adress, maybe you have to change the irq-setting on the card to (jumpers?). i have no access to the box where i installed the RTL8139, but when im there i will take a look at it. s. z.
