Hi All, Looking for some help in the kernel department.
This is my first time at kernel building... I have used xconfig to configure the new .config file. I am trying to build a 2.4.9 kernel. When I type 'make dep' as root in the /usr/src/linux directory, I get the following error: make dep gcc -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -o scripts/mkdep scripts/mkdep.c scripts/mkdep.c: In function `add_path': scripts/mkdep.c:221: `PATH_MAX' undeclared (first use in this function) scripts/mkdep.c:221: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once scripts/mkdep.c:221: for each function it appears in.) scripts/mkdep.c:221: size of array `resolved_path' has non-integer type make: *** [scripts/mkdep] Error 1 Does anyone have any pointers as to what I am doing wrong?
