I have just tried to install kernel-source-2.4.12-3mdk.i586.rpm, which required kernel-headers-2.4.12-3mdk.i586.rpm, which then reported lots of conflicts with lots of files in /usr/include from kernel-headers-2.4.5-5mdk.
