Hi All, One short question....What is the best web browser for Linux (MBK8) ?
Easy question, I guess the answer may be a different story. I have a number of boxes where MDK8 is the proxy server for the other boxes, also MDK various vers. I have tried different incarnations of Netscape upto 6.2. I have used Mozilla 0.8 and Konqueror 2.1.1 and found them to be lacking when it comes to browsing. My problems are, pages looking like they have been thrown at the sceeen, pages not loading complete, stalling pages, done pages which are blank, and my own website which is missing all but the center frame in Netscape 6.2. It is sad to say, being a devote Linux/Unix user is that the only browser ever to work all the time and look good is MS Internet Explorer <splutter choke>. I always try to use the Linux browsers but end up opening VMWare to Win98 and using MSIEx. Can someone please educate me as to what browser to use, I would really love a Linux browser than performed.
