You shouldnt have to replace anything, just look in the package manager for 
the tcl/tk packages, and install the ones you dont have, as i imagine you are 
only missing one or two. You should only upgrade your existing tcl/tk 
packages, if you are installing from a newer version. I couldnt tell you 
exactly what you need, as i dont have tcl/tk on my system (i was always happy 
with menuconfig) but it porbably is a libtcl or libtk or similar type package 
i would imagine.
