[expert] keeping users off the net

hi all & merry Xmas I need to keep 2 computers from my internal network from accessing the internet @ some time during the day & then put them back on when users need to check their email. I'm using Mandrake 8 & also using the built in firewall/ router can anyone help??  TIA   Julio
