Not sure where Larry was heading but let's head in that direction. Laura, can you get into webmin at https://localhost:10000? If you can, you might want to take a look at httpd.conf, and see if you have your directories set up with correct permissions. If you are comfy with vi, just use that on httpd.conf. That is the way I would go....
