Hm, what do you mean by stable? Anyhow, you can have a look at the cooker mirrors, they also have a SRPMS directory. But remember that cooker is not stable. But if you're looking for the latest Mandrake release (8.2), check out the 8.2 directory on the mirrors. It also has a SRPMS directory containing kernel-2.4.18.6mkd.
