I love Mozilla but I hate Nautilus. I love Gnome but I hate Nautilus. So during MDK installation I simply did not select Galeon/Nautilus but select Mozilla and Gnome Midnight Commander, a efficient file manager. Moreover, I also use KDE. No problems at all.
