foo.org IN CNAME foo.dyndns.org. That said, I might recommend you look into DYNDNS' domain hosting services. I believe they offer to host a domain's DNS with dynamic updates for fairly cheap. It is really no different that the normal DYNDNS service other than you machine resides in its own private domain instead of the DYNDNS.org domain.
