Hi, some questions hhere. Have you read all the supported hardware
documentation, and have you partitioned some space on your Windows 2000
drive for Linux?

I'm asking because the NT file system has limited support under Linux, and
I usually have to shrink the Windows 2000 partition space and drop Linux
onto that drive.

Another possability which looks likely is that Drakx doesn't like your vidio
card. If you are starting install from a floppy at the boot prompt type text
and enter. This will turn off the graphical installer and proceed with
install via text based install.
If from cd I believe you must first press f1, and then the word text to turn
off the gui install, and try and proceed with installation.
