I've spent some time scouring the web and can't find any indication one way or the other, so before I found myself out $800 I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has any experiences they'd like to share. I find it odd that HP touts their support for Linux, but only seems to mention it on their Web site in connection with their high-end machines. Their consumer-level boxen all seem to be sold only with that unmentionable OS.
